Getting here

Fly into Portland (PDX)

PDX is the only sensible airport. Hood River is about an hour east on I-84, straight along the river. It’s one of the better airport drives in the country: waterfalls on your right most of the way.

Rent a car at the airport

We’re running shuttles to and from the venue on the Friday, so you won’t need to drive that night. But Hood River rewards having a car for the rest of the weekend, and rideshare out here is thin. You can usually get a ride to somewhere and not back.

If you’d rather not drive at all, tell us when you RSVP. We’ll pair you up with people coming from the same direction.

Shuttles on the wedding day

Buses will run from downtown Hood River to The Griffin House before the ceremony, and back again at the end of the night. Pickup point and times to come.

Renting a houseHood River has a lot of good short-term rentals, and July books out early. If you’re coming as a group this is usually the better call, and worth sorting sooner than feels necessary.
